All course fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vogue Faces Academy training institute are unable to offer refunds for cancellations outside of our control, i.e., adverse weather conditions.

In the event of a genuine reason for cancelling your course (proof may be required) a request for a date transfer will be taken into consideration by Vogue Faces Academy. If your transfer request is successful, an administration fee of £30.00 will be charged per course.

Training courses that are booked are non-transferable to an alternative student. Please ensure when booking your course your correct details are given.

If your course requires you to complete case studies before receiving your certificate, then this will need to be completed within 6 months of booking your course. Students who fail to complete case studies within this time will not receive a certificate.

Please arrive at our training centre for 9:45am for a 10:00am start. Late arrivals will be refused entry to the training course to avoid causing disruption to other students.
