Training Course Policy
Welcome to our training program! To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following policy guidelines:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of enrollment. This deposit confirms your commitment to the course and secures your place.
Cooling-Off Period:
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrollment to reconsider your decision. After this period, you will be liable for the full cost of the training.
Course Completion Timeline:
All coursework must be completed within one year from your date of enrollment. If the training is not completed within this timeframe, a certificate of completion will not be issued.
Case Studies:
Participants are required to complete all case studies within six months of enrollment. This requirement is essential for practical application and assessment of your learning.
Online Learning Manuals:
Prior to commencing your qualification, it is mandatory to complete all online learning manuals. This foundational knowledge is crucial for your success in the program.
Policy on Rescheduling Training Dates Due to Sickness
The purpose of this policy is to outline the procedure and associated fees for rescheduling training dates due to sickness. This ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and maintain the quality of our training programs.
We value the health of our participants and understand that illness can occur unexpectedly. However, to honor the commitment of our self-employed trainers who allocate time specifically for each scheduled class, a £100 administration fee will be applied for any training date rescheduling due to sickness. Participants must notify us of their illness as soon as possible.

A medical certificate may be required for absences longer than three consecutive days. This documentation must be submitted within five business days of the missed session.
Rescheduling:
Upon receiving notification of sickness, we will work with the participant to identify suitable alternative training dates. However, rescheduling is subject to the availability of our trainers.
Administration Fee:
A £100 fee will be applied and invoiced to the participant for the rescheduling process. This fee covers the administrative costs and compensates our trainers for their allocated time that could not be utilized.
Exceptions:
In cases of extreme circumstances (such as hospitalization), exceptions to the fee may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be documented
Payment:
The administration fee must be paid before the new training date is confirmed.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, please note that our trainers are not obligated to provide corrective measures unless complications arise from the procedure. It is essential to communicate your concerns promptly to ensure proper evaluation.
Botulinum Toxin Top-Ups:
Please be aware that any top-ups of botulinum toxin are not included in the model pricing. Should significant corrections be necessary post-treatment, our trainers will only assess these cases on an individual basis
